  Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
  Develop and implement HR policies, performance management, and talent strategies.
  Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  Leadership on workforce planning and change initiatives.
  Must be experienced in any manufacturing plant.
