Job Description:

  • • Legal Strategy & Advisory:
    1. Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy aligned with business priorities and risk appetite.
    2. Advise the CEO, Board, senior management on legal risk, business transactions, new business models, expansion, tie-ups, acquisitions/joint ventures.
    3. Interpret changes in laws / regulations (labour, employment, contract law, foreign exchange, tax, data protection etc.) and advise impact, mitigation.

    • Statutory, Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
    1. Oversee labour law compliances: contracts, social security, wages, working hours, benefits, statutory filings.
    2. Oversee any sector specific regulations that affect staffing companies (e.g. permissions, licensing, local/state labour norms).
    3. Data privacy, IT & digital compliance if handling personal data.

    • Contracts, Commercial Agreements & Vendor/Client Relations:
    1. Draft, negotiate, review all major contracts: client contracts, staffing agreements, vendo
