Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter – Blue & Grey Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment of frontline staff such as security guards, cleaners, housekeeping personnel, and other facility-related workforce. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in blue-collar hiring, a strong network across geographies, and be digitally savvy, leveraging online platforms to meet hiring targets effectively across PAN India.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment drive for blue-collar positions across multiple locations in India
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media (Facebook, WhatsApp groups, etc.), local networks, and referrals
• Design and implement cost-effective and scalable hiring campaigns, especially for remote locations
• Build and maintain a database of reliable manpower vendors and training institutes
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to understand hiring needs an
