• Requirements: \r\n• Experience in hiring Contract labour, Security guards, Housekeeping personnel, Ground staffs\r\n• Knowledge of Labour Laws and Compliance\r\n• Strong network with local manpower agencies, staffing vendors, training/skill institutes, and NGOs\r\n• Exposure to working across multiple geographies in India\r\n• Willingness to travel frequently as required\r\n\r\nAge Limit: 30-35 years\r\n\r\nExperience: 5 - 8 years of experience in handling end to end Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Blue Collar/Grey Collar manpower hiring.\r\n\r\nCTC: 4 - 5 LPA\r\n
