Qualification/Work Experience :
- Qualifications: MBA in HR / MHRM/ PGDHRM\r\n\r\nSkills: \r\n* In-depth knowledge of statutory compliances under labour laws, factory HR operations and factory general administration\r\n* Conversant in handling HRMS package\r\n* Good in MS Excel and preparation of HR MIS \r\n\r\nExperience: 8–10 years of relevant HR experience in manufacturing sector.\r\n\r\nCTC: 5 - 7 LPA\r\n
Job Description:
- The role is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end HR operations and general administration at the manufacturing unit level, ensuring statutory compliances, effective man management, harmonious employee relations, and capability building in line with company policies and practices.
* Reporting to: Functionally to Group Head – HR & Admin and administratively to the Plant Head
* Joining: Immediate / within 15 days
Key responsibilities:
* Managing Time Office and Payroll process
* Ensuring Statutory Compliances under labour laws
* Liaison with labour and govt. authorities
* Managing contract labours and contractors
* Handling HRMS package
* Training of factory staff
* Handling facility management, housekeeping and security at factory
* Ensure adherence to company policies & processes at plant level
* Staff Welfare
* Employee Relations and Disciplinary matters
* Grievance Handling
