  • HR process development
    • Execution of HR Annual Operating Plan across units under India Division.
    • Preparation of HR & IR Strategies,
    • Development of Pan India implantation of HR Process, Practices and Policies.
    • PMS, Learning & Development, Succession plan, Employers Branding, Recruitment of Senior Leadership level
    • Implementation of industry best practices
    • Foster organizational culture changes
    • Local & National Level IR issues resolutions & CODs
    • Coordination with all functions, plants regarding HR issues and on time resolution of it.
    • Handling day to day HR issues
