  • The role is responsible for driving employee engagement, CSR initiatives, IR & admin matrices, budgeting and SOPs, stakeholder meets, continuous training across units, MIS and reporting, event planning, suggestion and recognition programs, skip-level interactions, skills matrix, and employee counselling initiatives. The role requires travel to plants across West Bengal as required.
