Job Description:

• The role is responsible for ensuring worker welfare, maintaining worker-management relations, statutory compliance, and workplace safety. Includes monitoring health and safety, welfare facilities, grievance handling, counselling, training & awareness programs, record maintenance, and supporting labour policy implementation to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  Key Focus Areas: Ensuring workplace facilities (toilets, canteen, medical, rest areas), Communicating workers’ needs to management, Maintaining welfare activity records
