Job Description:

• The role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS updates, attendance & leave management, employee documentation, exit management, HR policy drafting, and employee engagement initiatives. Acts as the first point of contact for employee queries and ensures smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
