Qualification/Work Experience :

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field; Master’s or MBA in IT/Management preferred.
  Experience: 8–15 years in IT management roles, preferably in retail or multi-location operations, with exposure to digital transformation, ERP deployment, and IT governance.
  Key Skills: ERP, POS, CRM systems; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); cybersecurity and compliance; IT service and project management tools; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

• The role is responsible for leading IT strategy for a retail organization, driving digital transformation, and overseeing IT operations aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include strategic IT planning, governance and compliance, infrastructure management (POS, networks, cloud), end-to-end project delivery, ERP and digital rollouts, cybersecurity and risk management, budget control, vendor management, and leading high-performing IT teams.
