Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions for both factory and corporate office, leading and managing the HR team, handling employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The role drives recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, and partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
  Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays and alternate Saturdays off, apart from calendar holidays).
