- Job Description: The role is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit level, ensuring statutory compliance, effective manpower management, harmonious employee relations, and capability building in line with company values, policies, and business priorities. * Reporting To: Unit HR Head * Joining: Immediate joining required Key responsibilities: * Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations: 1.
