    Qualifications: MBA in HR from top tier MBA college (XLRI, XIMB, TISS, Symbiosis, XISS, MDI, IIMs, IMT-Ghaziabad)

    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR in a Sales focused organization.

Job Description:

  • The position will be based at Corporate Office at Kolkata while carrying out the role of Zonal HRBP for identified regions.

    1. Manpower planning for allocated region.
    2. Regular productivity report study, analysis & suggest interventions to stakeholders based on study
    3. Drive implementation of Performance Improvement Plan for non-performers in region & depot locations
    4. Ensure development & nurturing of identified talent
    5. Lead people movement discussions in respective regions & suggest role change and succession with logic and in-depth insights on people
    6. Ensure 100% closure of all grievances and disciplinary issues of employees with proper documentation
    7. Monitor business performance of Depots & Regions and identify people related weaknesses & suggest solutions
    8. Rigorous employees connect sessions, open houses, and 1-on-1 discussions during location visits basis - high attrition, low performance, dip in performance or disciplinary issues
