  • Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (South Zone) who can drive a people-first agenda while strengthening the culture of performance, engagement, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with business leaders in the South Zone to align HR strategies with business objectives.
    • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives across units in the region.
    • Act as a custodian of organizational culture—driving transparency, trust, and collaboration.
    • Implement and monitor employee relations, POSH compliance, and grievance redressal processes.
    • Drive HR analytics, performance management, and career development frameworks.
    • Champion change management initiatives while nurturing a high-performance culture.
