Job Description:

• Seeking HR professionals to join the HRBP team across multiple locations. The role will focus on driving HR strategy, employee experience, and compliance while supporting rapid expansion.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and forecasting for new stores
  • Onboarding, employee engagement programs, grievance resolution, and recognition initiatives
  • Drive adoption of digital HR tools and app-based platforms
  • Implement proactive retention strategies to reduce frontline attrition
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards and conduct regular audits
  • Strengthen HR practices and capability across regional teams
