• Looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Department (HOD) to lead the BCA Department. The ideal candidate will provide both academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the department delivers high-quality education aligned with industry trends.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Academic Leadership – Provide strategic direction to the department, fostering innovation and academic excellence.
  2. Curriculum Development – Design, implement, and review the BCA curriculum to meet industry requirements and maintain academic rigor.
  3. Faculty Management – Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members; support continuous professional growth.
  4. Departmental Operations – Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  5. Student Affairs – Support student development, provide academic and career counseling, and encourage participation in co-curricular activities.
