Job Description:

  • As an HR Executive, the candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition:
    1. Source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in hiring suitable candidates.
    2. Manage onboarding processes for new employees.

    • Learning & Development:
    1. Assist in planning, arranging, and coordinating training programs.
    2. Support in tracking training needs and maintaining training records.

    • Employee Engagement & Events:
    1. Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, creative events, and cultural initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

    • Policy Implementation & Records:
    1. Support in implementing HR policies in line with compliance and labor laws.
    2. Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
