Job Description:

  • • HR Legal & Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations related to employees, subcontractors, principal employers, and government agencies.  • Site Collaboration: Work closely with Site HR and Project Managers to effectively address daily HR operations and issues.  • HR Auditing & Governance: Lead comprehensive audits of HR functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations. Drive strategic evaluations to enhance process efficiency and team capability.  • Coordination & Execution: Liaise with Billing, Compliance, Statutory, and HR-Accounts teams for timely and accurate execution of daily HR activities.  • Policy & SOP Development: Draft SOPs, policies, and note sheets tailored to meet evolving business needs.  • Manpower Oversight: Manage HR workforce deployment across project sites, ensuring timely support and resolution of staffing needs.  • Project Delivery: Execute additional assigne
