Job Description:
- • HR Legal & Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations related to employees, subcontractors, principal employers, and government agencies. • Site Collaboration: Work closely with Site HR and Project Managers to effectively address daily HR operations and issues. • HR Auditing & Governance: Lead comprehensive audits of HR functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations.
