Qualification/Work Experience :

  • Skills:  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll basics, and statutory compliance • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)  Qualifications: Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field (MBA – HR preferred)  Experience: 4–5 years (Retail, Multiplex, Hospitality, or F&B industry preferred)  CTC: 3.8–4.2 LPA (In-hand: ₹27K–28K after PF, ESIC, PT deductions)

The role involves end-to-end hiring, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and grievance handling, with exposure to managing a large workforce.  Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: End-to-end hiring for theater staff and executives • Attendance & Payroll: Accurate shift and attendance management, payroll coordination • Employee Engagement: Activities to boost morale and retention • Compliance: PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment compliance • HR Operations: Grievance handling, performance management support
