Qualification/Work Experience :
- Key Requirements:\r\n* Strong knowledge of plant compliances\r\n* Maintenance of factory registers and statutory records\r\n* Handling factory returns and labour law compliance\r\n\r\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, mandatorily in statutory compliances and plant HR\r\n\r\nCTC: Up to 50K per month
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing core HR operations with a strong focus on statutory and plant-level compliances, including maintenance of factory registers, factory returns, and adherence to applicable labour laws. The role will support smooth HR functioning at the manufacturing unit.
